This is from the Wolverine Gallery in the back of Wolverine #2 from December 1988. It's drawn by Bill Sienkiewicz.All I can say is "Wtf?" There are so many oddities here, from the shoes, to the hat, to the freaking bandana on his arm. It's great. Click on the picture to see it in its full glory.
